Description

Ion Permanent creme Lightener has been specially formulated to be mixed with any Ion Permanent or Hi-Lift shade to increase lift capability by 1 level. It allows you to change the natural colour of the hair by gently lightening the base shade whilst depositing the latest generation of colour pigments inside the hair structure. Ion 000 Lightener should be mixed with any Ion Permanent or High-Lift shade in equal parts: 25ml Ion colour creme + 25ml 000 Ion Lightener + 75ml Ion Creme Developer for Permanent shades, or + 100ml Ion Creme Developer for Hi-Lift shades.

Specially formulated with vitamin C and polyquaternium-6, these active ingredients help to retain hair moisture, reduce static build-up and protect the hair against damage, guaranteeing long-lasting colour and shade stability whilst improving the hair s condition. 100% grey hair coverage is guaranteed, making it the perfect choice for achieving beautifully radiant, permanent colour results that you and your clients will love.
