Call & Collect at selected stores
From Monday 15th June 2020 all of our stores in Wales and Scotland will be offering a "Call & Collect" service.
The service will be available Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.
Please call the store directly to place your order. This service is likely to be popular, so please have your order ready. Please use our store finder below to find the details of your nearest store.
Our stores will be operated by a small number of staff, all of whom have been provided with PPE and sanitising products.
To ensure the safety of both our staff and our customers, we will be operating social distancing practises at all times. All order collections will be contact free and take place outside of our stores. Customers will not be able to enter the store in any circumstances.

- Orders will be prioritised on a first come first served basis.
- We are limiting the purchase of several products, which are high demand so that we can ensure all our customers have a chance to buy for their own use.
- Refunds and returns are not available at this time. We have extended our returns policy - Products purchased 30 days prior to store closure will be accepted for refund/exchange 30 days post store re-opening. Defective product covered under a warranty that expired during our closure will also be honored for 30 days post store re-opening.

The Call & Collect service is only available in the stores stated above. All other stores remained closed. Orders can only be placed and collected between 9am and 4pm, Mondays to Fridays. Orders can only be placed over the phone. Please do not call the store outside of the stated hours. Due to strict social distancing measures of our staff and the expected demand, wait times may apply when calling the store. Full payment must be made before collecting your order. All orders are to be collected outside of the store. All orders placed are subject to stock availability in-store on the date your order is fulfilled. Our stores are not open to customers and no entry will be permitted under any circumstances.
