Current Despatch and Delivery Times (excluding Northern Ireland)

We are currently offering up to 1-2 working days for delivery for orders placed between Monday to Friday (up until 5pm). For orders placed at the weekend or over a bank holiday (between 5pm Friday and 5pm Monday) please allow an extra working day for delivery.

Please note; our warehouse only operates Monday to Friday, and so if there are lot of orders over the weekend please allow a little extra time following the weekend rush. We know you want your orders quickly and we will be doing all we can to get them to you.

Delivery to an address of your choice with DPD

We use DPD for our standard deliveries. In despatch of your order you will receive an email confirming your tracking number and by downloading the DPD App will be able to be kept informed of your delivery and allow you to change address, change day of delivery or leave instructions for the driver.

Please note that when requesting to ‘leave in a safe place’ you are doing so at your own risk and we accept no liability for lost or stolen goods.

**Free delivery excludes all REM items and items over 30kg. Individual delivery charges will be shown in your basket. Delivery times exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. Special order furniture/equipment delivery times may vary.

**This is a flat fee. You may purchase more than one REM and/or 30kg product as well as other products and the total delivery charge will be £24. Free delivery does not apply.

Delivery when purchasing furniture and smaller items in the same order

Items may arrive on separate days due to some stock being stored at our warehouse and other stock being sent directly from our suppliers. If this applies to you, this will be flagged at the checkout.

Click and Collect

Our brand new Click & Collect service is now available in seven stores across Berkshire, and is designed to help busy freelancers and salon professionals just like you. The easy to use service lets you choose from over 2,500 hair and beauty products, and then collect your order in-store on the same day in as little as three hours (on orders placed before 2:30pm). Giving you total flexibility, Click & Collect also means no delivery fee or minimum spend.

If your schedule suddenly changes then there’s also no need to worry. We’ll keep your order safely in-store for up to seven days, and we also promise a full refund if it’s not collected in that time. So whether you need some last minute products before your next client appointment or just need to stock up, Click & Collect gives you the confidence to get everything you need for your business before you step out of the door.

Kerb side delivery

For large items and/or orders you are advised to have assistance on hand as couriers will only deliver to premises kerb side and will not enter premises or deliver up or down stairs. If you require assisted delivery into premises or up or down stairs please contact us so we can make suitable arrangements. An excess delivery charge will apply for this service. You must ensure that any obstacles, such as doorways, are catered for.

Deliver to Store

Our Deliver to Store service is available. This service operates from our warehouse, the delivery time frames of this can be seen at the top of this page.

1. Place your order online. As part of the checkout process you will be offered the choice of Home Delivery or Deliver to Store (if available for the product you have selected). Simply select one of your local stores, or enter a town or postcode for a choice of nearby stores that offer this service.

2. We will let you know when your order arrives in your chosen store. You will receive a 'ready for collection' email.

3. Head to store till point or speak to a member of staff to pick up your order.
