Blond Studio 9 Lightening Powder offers a high-performance formula that delivers up to 9 levels of lift and optimal neutralization. It a multi-technique lightener that boosts the total lift with results visible after only 10 minutes, even on the darkest bases. The Blond Studio 9 Lightening Powder is enriched with Olicare Complex™, a caring blend of ingredients within formulated to improve the cosmeticity of the hair. The Olicare Complex™ complements the oil-enriched 20- and 30-volume developers, which are responsible for boosting the lightener’s lift.

Directions for Use
Use exclusively with the recommended L'Oréal Professionnel Oil-Developer, maximum 30 volumes (9%) and the covering accessories indicated. Apply Oil-Developer 20 or 30 volumes. Mix in 1:1 ratio (30g of powder with 30ml of Oil-Developer) for up to 50 minutes depending on the desired results. Do not exceed the recommended development time and do not apply heat.
