Description
This fast-drying top coat from Seche Vite is an industry staple. Its patented formula penetrates through nail lacquer to the base coat, forming a single, solid coating over the nail plate. With the plumping effect of a gel in a glossy, high-shine finish, without the use of a UV/LED light. Removes easily with any acetone or non-acetone nail polish remover. Guaranteed non-yellowing. Supplied in a 14ml bottle.
