Creating Hairstyles with Proxelli
Here’s how to create a sleek glam pony:
1. First, apply a hair serum or oil all over to smooth and tame frizz. Then use the
Proxelli Lyna straightener
to smoothen fly-aways.
2. Spray a soft hairspray and smooth your hair back into a ponytail. Use an elastic band (with hooks) to
secure it and prep again with hairspray.
3. Use the Proxelli Lyna straightener to curl the ponytail. Curl all sections of the ponytail in the same
direction using a flat-twist technique. For this technique, twist each section by hand and then run the straightener
over the length of the hair.
4. For added shine, apply the serum again, around all part lines, then use hairspray with a tail comb to lock
down any loose hair.
5. Brush out the waves and finish the ponytail with hairspray, then take a small piece of hair from under the
ponytail and wrap it around the elastic band. Secure with a small hair grip.
Here’s how to create relaxed waves:
1. Prep your hair with a curl hold spray.
2. Curl your hair with the
Proxelli Leya straightener, holding it vertically (with the legs upwards) and turning it 360°. Then turn it and leave the upper part of hair
out of the straightener. Slide a little down and make new curls, then leave it again. Continue this process but do
not curl the end of the strand.
3. For the strands around the face, flip your hair straightener away from the face. Do it in small sections,
this will create more structure/definition.
4. After finishing curling all hair, generously spritz a flexible-hold hair spray and brush out the curls to
ensure they stay in place. Lift and mist with a volume spray.
Here’s how to create straight hair :
1. Prep the hair by applying a heat protectant and create a center parting.
2. Starting at the bottom of the hair, section off horizontally and clip up the rest of the hair.
3. Straighten the hair using the Proxelli Cara Steam Styler. Work in small sections of around 3cm wide.
4. Take a new section and repeat step 4 until all the hair has been styled with the Steam Styler.
5. Use a serum and smooth down the lengths and tips. Finish by using hairspray and make sure to lock down
fly-aways.
