Description
The Rose Water Fixing Solution activates the Brow Code Henna Powder with an advanced formula based on ancient traditions. Using potent rose extracts, the solution prolongs the henna results offering a hydrating and anti-inflammatory effect.
Directions for Use
Mix one capsule of Brow Code Henna Powder with 10 to 12 drops of the Rose Water in your mixing dish. Break up any spherical circles that may be present with the brush. Set the mixture aside for 5 to 10 mins to allow the henna powder to form a smooth paste.
