After shampooing with No.4P Blonde Enhancer Shampoo:

Dispense and apply to mid-lengths and ends. Leave on for 1 to 3 minutes.  Rinse well.

This product contains ingredients that may cause skin irritation on certain individuals, and a preliminary test according to the accompanying directions should first be made.
