The Color Wow Raise the Root Thicken and Lift Spray provides all-day root lift and volume; never sticky or stiff & offers heat protection. Suitable for all hair types; ideal for fine, flat and thin hair. Contains proprietary elastomers that form a "spring" at the roots & a root lifter that can be used on wet or dry hair.
Directions for Use
1. Spray onto damp or dry hair, concentrating at the roots.
2. Style as desired.
3. Hit with blow-dryer heat for lasting results.
