Description
"A gentle yet effective hair colour remover that helps lift unwanted tones without over-drying the hair. Great for correcting colour or prepping for a fresh new shade." - Head of Product and Technical Education – 30+ years Hairdressing experience & Nail Experience 20+ years.
Colour Undo reverses the hair colouring process. A permanent hair colour works by depositing small artificial pigment molecules inside the hair. Colour Undo works by reversing the colour process. Colour Undo shrinks the artificial colour molecules and washes them from the hair, revealing the lightest, previous shade. This shade may be lighter than the natural colour, as bleach and ammonia from previous colour treatments may have lightened the natural pigment. Not tested on animals and is Vegan.
Please Note: Colour Undo unfortunately does not work on direct or temporary dyes such as Crazy Color.

Directions for Use
Step 1: Mixing & Application - Remove cap from Part 2 (Remover) and pour in entire contents of Part 1 (Activator). Shake for 60 seconds. If you prefer to apply Colour Undo with a tint bowl and brush, you can do so (at this stage) by pouring the mixed contents of the applicator bottle into the bowl - once the above mixing has been undertaken. Because Colour Undo does not lighten or remove natural pigment from the hair you can apply freely without separating from coloured hair. Begin applying the mixed Colour Undo onto the areas of the hair which need hair colour correction. Use a large, toothed plastic tangle comb to separate sections and ensure even distribution of Colour Undo and saturation into the hair. Very long and thick hair may require another box.
Step 2: Development & First - Rinsing Once evenly applied, leave in hair to process for 60 minutes. It is at this stage the artificial hair molecules are being shrunk. We recommend using gentle heat for the full development time either with a hairdryer or heat processor. If you have very long or thick hair a good tip is to cover in cling film. This will trap the heat and accelerate removal. There is no need to check continually because Colour Undo will not lighten or damage the hair. Once the 60-minute processing time has elapsed, the colour molecules have been shrunk, and the hair will now be ready for the rinsing stage. Remember the artificial colour molecules are still present within the hair! Use a timer to ensure you rinse with warm water for at least 5 minutes and up to 10 minutes for longer or thicker hair. It is important to keep directing the water into the hair and run your fingers through it to release the colour molecules. The longer and thicker the hair – the more you should rinse.
Step 3: Buffer & Rinsing - After you have rinsed the hair for at least 5 minutes, apply 25ml of Part 3 (Buffer). Lather up well and leave for 1 minute to absorb. After this minute has elapsed continue rinsing the hair with warm water for at least a further 5 minutes (use a timer). After at least 10 minutes of rinsing and buffering apply another 25ml of Part 3 (Buffer). Lather and rinse thoroughly just as you would a regular shampoo. After all traces of the Buffer have been successfully rinsed from the hair you may conclude and towel dry. After 60 minutes development and rinsing and buffering (x2) the unwanted artificial colour molecules should have been removed from the hair. Ensure the hair is 100% dry before making a judgement on the result (wet hair tends to look darker than dry). NB: Very old, dark or stubborn colours can be more resistant to removal. If you have dried and assessed that the hair requires further colour removal, you can now repeat the full application process, steps 1 to 3. Do not exceed 3 Colour Undo applications and always ensure hair is in a suitable condition before commencing procedure. You can recolour on the same day.
