Preparation of mixture: Wear suitable disposable gloves. 

Step one: Mix your chosen Shades EQ shade in a 1:1 ratio with Shades EQ Processing Solution or Shades EQ Gloss to Gel Processing Solution*. Shades EQ can be diluted with Crystal Clear to lessen the intensity or lighten the tone of any Shades EQ formula, perfect for toning, balayage's and blondes.

Step two:  Apply the mixture to dry hair either using an applicator bottle or a bowl and brush depending on your preference. For precise application, use a bowl and brush. For faster application, use an applicator bottle.

Step three:  Leave to process for 20 minutes. After developing, wash hair well using Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate shampoo and conditioner.

 

Pro Tips:

Diluting with Crystal Clear:

• For maximum dilution, mix 15ml of Shades EQ with 45ml of Crystal Clear.
• For moderate dilution, mix 30ml of Shades EQ with 30ml of Crystal Clear.
• For minimal dilution, mix 45ml of Shades EQ with 15ml of Crystal Clear.
• For full strength, use 60ml of Shades EQ without dilution.
