The Cool Blondes Neutralising Range with 3D Bond Creation Technology helps to build new bonds. The purple toning formulas help to remove brassiness, enhance cool tonal directions and neutralise yellow undertones.

Directions for Use
Apply to damp hair and leave for 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Use once per week.
