China Glaze Patent Leather Top Coat provides enhanced protection against chipping and dries to an extreme, high-gloss shine. Contains 40 per cent more polymers than a regular formula to create a 'wet look' to any lacquer. This top coat will increase durability to extend the wear of manicures and pedicures. Free from DBP, and formaldehyde. 14ml bottle.
