Messages from DPD, our courier

We have been informed that there has been an message error from our courier DPD and some customers may receive an email/text reminder for import duties to be paid. This charge is covered by us, therefore if you have received any notification from DPD in relation to this please contact us using this form: sallybeauty.co.uk/ie/contactus and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Current Despatch and Delivery Times for Republic of Ireland

All orders to the Republic of Ireland are dispatched from our UK warehouse. and all orders go through customs clearance which can sometimes cause delay.

We are currently offering 2-3 working days for delivery for orders placed between Tuesday to Friday (up until 5pm). Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays. For orders placed between 5pm Friday and 5pm Monday or over a weekend, please allow an extra working day for delivery. However, customs delays which are outside of our control might impact these timings.

For Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands deliveries may take an additional 1-2 working days.

Additionally, please note that pallet deliveries for our equipment direct products could take 7-10 days to arrive. This is because our pallet delivery service is dealing with an extraordinary surge in volumes of pallet deliveries across the UK and ROI. This has inevitably impacted on our high level of service with sending our equipment and unfortunately some unavoidable delays in relation to our delivery schedules

Product restrictions for Republic of Ireland

Please note that due to new delivery restrictions coming into effect from 1st January 2021 there are new restrictions of what can be delivered to ROI from our UK warehouse. All exclusions are called out on the relevant product pages so please check before you purchase for ROI delivery.

Delivery to an address of your choice with DPD

We use DPD for our standard deliveries. In despatch of your order you will receive an email confirming your tracking number and by downloading the DPD App will be able to be kept informed of your delivery and allow you to change address, change day of delivery or leave instructions for the driver.

Please note that when requesting to ‘leave in a safe place’ you are doing so at your own risk and we accept no liability for lost or stolen goods.

In the case of non-delivery of your order, you must notify us within 14 days of the date of our invoice. We will not accept any claims made outside of this time frame and delivery is deemed to have been made.

Standard delivery
For orders under €50 deliveries will be charged at €10.95* - For orders over €50 deliveries will be charged at €5.95*
Furniture/ large items
For all REM products and items weighing over 30kg, delivery is €24**

If the order total at checkout is less than €50 after any discount is applied you will be charged at the €10.95 shipping rate.

**This is a flat fee. You may purchase more than one REM and/or 30kg product as well as other products and the total delivery charge will be €24. Free delivery does not apply.

Delivery times

All goods that we stock in our warehouse are dispatched from the UK mainland. Special order furniture/equipment delivery times may vary.

Items may arrive on separate days due to some stock being stored at our warehouse and other stock being sent directly from our suppliers. If this applies to you, this will be flagged at the checkout.

Kerb side delivery

For large items and/or orders you are advised to have assistance on hand as couriers will only deliver to premises kerb side and will not enter premises or deliver up or down stairs. If you require assisted delivery into premises or up or down stairs please contact us so we can make suitable arrangements. An excess delivery charge will apply for this service. You must ensure that any obstacles, such as doorways, are catered for.
