OSiS Dust It Mattifying Powder is a mattifying volume powder for strong, rough and matte results.
Directions for Use
Shake the volumising powder gently before use and use on dry hair, working the product in with fingers. Apply to roots for root-lift and to lengths for volume, and to add extra grip for braids, updos, and to keep pins in place.
