Description
The Matrix Tonal Control Pre-Bonded Gel Toner is a multi-dimensional gel toner with long lasting results. This formula is ammonia-free with optomized pH to minimize cuticle swelling. This gel toner is formulated to be used on pre-lightened hair and gradually darkens as it oxidises so you know precisely when it's time to wash out the toner.
Directions for Use
Apply to dry or damp, towel-dried hair using a bowl and brush or applicator bottle. Allow to process for 20 minutes at room temperature. Mix in a 1:1 ratio with 10 volume Matrix Cream Developer.

Wear suitable disposable gloves during the preperation, application and rinsing of the product. This product is not intended for use on persons under the age of 16 . Do not colour the hair if client has a rash on their face or a sensitive, irritated and damaged scalp. You must do an allergy test without fail 48 hours before each use of this product. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse the eyes immediately and abundantly if the product comes into contact with them. Keep out of reach from children.
