For frost-touched results, Proclere Freeze Ice Lites Hi Lift Powder Lightener Bleach is the perfect choice. A highly active dust-free powder bleach with in-built silverising toner for an intense finish every time. Subdues any unwanted yellow residue while maintaining hair in excellent condition. The solution mixes into a rich, creamy consistency which will not swell or drip, preventing mess. Ideal for special effects and individual highlights. In a 400g container.
Directions for Use
To maintain the pale ice cold results obtained, gently refresh with regular application silverising shampoos.
