Sugar Scrub – apply the sugar scrub and gently massage onto the feet and lower legs. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and dry feet and legs with a towel.

Mud Mask – apply the mud mask onto the feet and lower legs and leave for 10 minutes. Wash thoroughly with warm water and dry with a towel.

Massage Lotion – massage the feet and lower legs.
